Prey is a vibrant and invigorating re-entry into the franchise, determined to deliver the heart-pounding excitement that is required of a Predator film. Not only does it succeed in this but it also manages to be a fairly accurate and in-depth look at the Comanche way of life circa 1719.

Directed by Terry Gilliam (better known for his role in Monty Python’s Flying Circus) and released in 1995 – 12 Monkeys’ story is centered around time travel and the release of a globally devastating virus.
The cinematography is equal parts uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The use of Dutch angles to evoke paranoia; allows the viewer to experience the events through the eyes of the protagonist: James Cole.

Twisted Metal – TV Show (bite-sized review)
Fantastic show! You can tell the cast have chemistry; visually colorful, and the filming is manic and zany; in just the right way.. As a fan of the original PlayStation game series – I will warn you that it differs from the source material quite a bit, but still maintains the spirit and aesthetic of the Twisted Metal franchise.
Star Trek Deep Space 9 – TV Review & Retrospective
Created by Rick Berman (former show runner on Next Generation) and Michael Piller in 1993 – it ran for 7 seasons until 1999. The show ran concurrently with Star Trek The Next Generation (for its first two seasons) until Next Gen finished its run in 1994.
Deep Space Nine differs quite a bit from its predecessors. Its setting replaces the traditional space ship with an advanced space station. This was a huge departure from previous entries in the franchise, which were a direct homage to naval films of the past.
The Lobster ( A Film Review)
The Lobster is a dark-romatic comedy that touches on the nature of relationships in a delightfully macabre way. Directed by Yargos Lanthimos in 2015, from a screenplay he co-wrote with Efthimis Filippou it stars Oliva Colman, Colin Farrell, Rachel Wiesz, and John C. Riley. If you’re a fan of dry British wit mixed with a nihilistic outlook on the the dating scene, this film’s going to tickle your fancy.
